2. Legal Disclaimer & Use of Products

All products sold by Meta Molecule are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Our products are not for human consumption and are not to be used as:

  • Food or dietary supplements
  • Drugs or pharmaceutical agents
  • Cosmetics
  • Household or veterinary chemicals
  • Any substances used in commercial or diagnostic applications

Purchase and use are conditional upon your explicit agreement to use all items in compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

You represent and warrant that you are a licensed researcher, lab technician, institution, or otherwise qualified entity with appropriate training in handling specialty research chemicals.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Legal Classification

Meta Molecule distributes Research-Use Only (RUO) peptides and related compounds.

  • In accordance with 21 CFR parts 100–740, Meta Molecule’s products are exempt from FDA regulation only to the extent they are clearly labeled and used strictly for research purposes.
  • Products are not drugs as defined under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) and are not marketed for drug use by RUO customers.
  • Our products are not listed as controlled substances unless otherwise specifically labeled; however, customers are responsible for verifying legality in their local jurisdiction.
  • We do not authorize or condone use in preclinical or clinical trials, veterinary procedures, or any unapproved investigational uses.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your intended use complies with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) or foreign equivalents and does not infringe applicable patent rights.

4. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Meta Molecule. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You meet the age requirement
  • You are legally permitted to purchase research materials of this nature
  • You accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations

5. No Authorized Human or Animal Use

By purchasing from Meta Molecule, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Products are not sterile and are not intended for human or animal administration in any form
  • Use in diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or clinical applications is strictly prohibited
  • Resale for any unauthorized use may result in legal action

6. Limitation of Liability & Risk Disclaimer

You assume all risk associated with the handling, storage, and use of products.

  • Meta Molecule and its affiliates disclaim all liability related to injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse or misunderstanding of any product.
  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meta Molecule from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from improper, unlawful, or unauthorized use of our products.

7. Intellectual Property

Product names, descriptions, and chemical structures listed do not imply any license under existing patents. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Order Acceptance & Refusal Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, particularly if intended use appears inconsistent with these Terms
  • Request documentation certifying legitimate research use prior to fulfillment

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which Meta Molecule is incorporated. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in that jurisdiction.

10. Amendments to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time, without notice. Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of MetaMolecule.com constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By accessing or purchasing from MetaMolecule.com, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms
